We teach mixed martial arts as a style meaning we not only teach you the most important components but we teach you how to adapt and seamlessly flow from range to range while truly blending from art to art. The four primary components are:
Punches, Defense, Footwork, Head Movement, Focus Mitts, Heavy Bag, Partner Drills & Sparring
K1, Muay Thai, Savate and Jun Fan Style Kickboxing Training Includes Punch and Kick Combinations + Elbows and Knees
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Training Includes varies ground stratigies including Control, Escapes, Transitions, Armlocks & Chokes
Wrestling Includes Clinch Fighting, Takedowns and Takedown Defense as well as MMA specific Ground & Pound Tactics

Our goal is to give you the experience of training like a professional fighter in a safe and welcoming environment. MMA training is one of the most effective and exciting ways to get in the best shape of your life. Along with the classes our program includes fitness training and nutritional coaching.

WANT TO BE A FIGHTER?
The Warrior Fight team has competitors who compete in a variety of combat sports including: Boxing, Kickboxing, Submission Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA! We are always looking for new talent to add to our growing team. The best way to get on the team is to hop in class work hard. Everyone starts in the same place however if you have a desire to compete please inform our staff so we can keep an eye on your progress.
STRUCTURED RANKING SYSTEM
After completing a full cycle through all five modules, students can test for official Warrior MMA Ranking. Once the rank is earned you will receive an official Warrior MMA ceremonial belt. Since belts are not worn in class, you will also receive a sweatband of the same color to wear in class. You rank determines which group you will be training with as you cycle back though the modules.Please note students are not required to fight to earn these rankings, this is just an assessment of skill. Even if you dont want to fight knowing you have enough skill to earn our stamp of approval is a huge accomplishment.
Level 1: White
Level 2: Yellow
Level 3: Orange
Level 4: Green
Level 5: Blue
Level 6: Purple
Level 7: Brown
Level 8: Red
Level 9: Black
Students are not required to compete to earn these ranks
WORLD CLASS INSTRUCTION
Head Coach Clay Pratka has coached amateur and professional fighters for several combat sports. Coach Beverly is an Active competitor in several sports and is currently a National Kickboxing Champion fighting for TEAM USA! As a team we have access to all of our instructors which include some of the greatest Boxers, Kickboxers, Grapplers & MMA fighters on the Planet. Along with our regular training we consistently bring in guest coaches of various specialties.
